The EARN Emergency Communications Team (ECT) meets at 7:30am on Thursday mornings.  This is primarily for current or retired SCE employees that are ready and willing to assist in backup emergency communications for the company - on the 220MHz repeaters (mostly Santiago).

The 440MHz repeater (446.920MHz with 127.3pl) is mostly a standalone repeater in the LA basin.  It is occasionally linked for the nets.
